I spent 3 days hatching eggs, and it finally paid off when I got my cute shiny eevee, which is now an adorable blue sylveon named Kibou! I bred eggs using the Masuda Method (breeding a Pokemon from a foreign region with a Pokemon from your region increases the chance of a shiny from 1/8000 to 1/2000. Still a scary number, but way better than originally!)
